Sponsorships opportunities and tickets available for Casino Royale
The Volunteer Center of Southwest Louisiana, Inc. is anxiously preparing for their new annual fundraiser, Casino Royale set for Saturday, July 30 from 7 pm – 11 pm at Reeves Uptown Catering in Lake Charles.
“The Volunteer Center really needs the support of both businesses and individuals in our community to be able to efficiently operate,” said John Bostick, president of the Volunteer Center Board. There is no other organization in the community that offers the services that the center provides, and as a non-profit group, we rely on the generosity of community partners and businesses.”
“The board has been planning this event for several months now, and we know it will be a success if the community supports us,” added Bostick.
Current sponsors include Arabie Environmental, City Savings Bank, Jeff Davis Bank, Surgicare of Lake Charles and Women & Children’s Hospital, but additional sponsors are needed.
Casino Royale will feature games like blackjack, roulette, poker and craps, along with a live auction, food and music. Tickets are $50 per person and sponsorship opportunities are available. All proceeds benefit the Volunteer Center, which operates three mission driven service programs including Hands on Southwest Louisiana, 211, and ServicePoint Southwest Louisiana.
Anyone interested in sponsoring the fundraiser or purchasing tickets can call Ms. McCormick at 337-513-4616. Tickets are also available at our additional ticket outlets, Novus Auto Glass, locations in Lake Charles and Sulphur.
